Project Description:
The goal of this new marine research laboratory is LEED® Gold or Platinum. It is a new building providing laboratory, classroom, and meeting spaces for the Marine Lab.
The project commissioned systems included:
System WorCx Scope of Work:
System WorCx was hired as a third-party commissioning firm contracted directly to the University. Commissioning included HVAC and controls, normal and emergency electrical power, plumbing, and lighting. Michael Mantai was the commissioning authority performing all commissioning activities (design reviews, Cx plan, field testing, troubleshooting, etc.).
