System WorCx is using retrocommissioning to identify the functional state of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to ensure they were in working order in preparation for completion of renovations. |

Durham, NC This 270,000 SF building will house the Public Health and other deparments, and includes an Underfloor Air Distribution System. In addition to the UFAD, System WorCx is commissioning HVAC, plumbing, and lighting control systems, as well as creating a Measurement & Verification Plan.

Toyota Racing Development Salisbury, NC System WorCx will be providing commissioning services for this new 35,000 square foot facility that will house the Toyota Racing Team’s NASCAR competition group and the chassis engineering group. It will also be a development location for in-car technologies, new prototypes, new materials and also new products. This facility plans to break ground in 2008. |
