 Project Description:

 The project will be a new museum for NASCAR, including a 150,000 square foot museum and great hall, 100,000 square foot ballroom, 5-level parking deck, and modifications to the existing Convention Center chilled water plant.

 

System WorCx Scope of Work:

 System WorCx was hired as a third-party contracted directly to the City of Charlotte.  System WorCx is commissioning the HVAC and controls for both the project, including the central plant, the building smoke control systems, the emergency power systems, and the plumbing systems.
