Project Status:   Phase I under construction, Phase II in design.

 

Project Description:

This is an adaptive re-use project for Mecklenburg County Offices, and will be LEED® Certified.  It involves UnderFloor Air Distribution Systems for heating, cooling, and ventilation.  System WorCx is commissioning the UFAD and HVAC/Controls systems, lighting controls, domestic hot water, photovoltaics, and electrical distribution systems.
