Project Description:

 This is a LEED® for Commercial Interiors.  The project involved the upfit of the 4^th floor of Providence Plaza.  System WorCx was hired by the Owner to perform commissioning services.

 

The project energy-related systems included:

• Trane Building Automation System integrated into existing building control system.
• Trane central air handling units with DDC-controlled variable air volume reheat air terminal units.
• Demand control ventilation via CO₂ sensors.
